Technical Tours

Optional technical tours have been selected to complement the Ozwater ’10 sessions and workshops. They will take you to some of the world’s most innovative and interesting water, wastewater and industrial waste technologies. Experienced professionals will be on site to answer your specific questions.
Comfortable clothing is recommended for all tours and closed-toed footwear is essential. Tours are limited to 40-45 delegates. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tours if deemed necessary and issue refunds.
There are two Technical Tours available:
Tour 1: Bundamba Advanced Water Treatment Plant
Tour 2: Gold Coast Desalination Plant
The cost to attend a technical tour is $90 for AWA members and $110 for non members. Registration includes return coach transfers from BCEC and a light lunch. Technical tours are available to Ozwater delegates only.
